I’ve just released a guided video meditation designed to prepare your consciousness for a beautiful flow of energy. This practice is a precious gift that came to me through my Taoist teacher of alchemy for longevity — a transmission of how to purify the energy of the heavens through the grounding force of the earth.

Why Golden Light?
Golden light is the most essential frequency for connecting to the Source — it brings clarity, wisdom, and nourishment. When we purify the heart, we dissolve attachments, return to presence, and make space for the truth of love to flow freely. And when we purify and awaken the pelvic floor, we activate the deepest source of our creative and sexual power.
With a clear mind, open senses, and a burning desire, we become natural instruments of sacred service. In this alignment, the world responds to us — not only with results, but with gratitude and abundance.
